Dr. Angela Whelan, BSc, DVM, CERT, ceVMA, CRPM is now offering integrative medicine services to surrounding veterinary clinics. She will work with your clients and patients to achieve the best possible outcome for injury rehabilitation, sports medicine, mobility optimization, pain management, post-operative recovery and more! We require a referral form and relevant medical records for review, and will provide assessment updates as requested. Feline & rabbit Grooming
As a hospital we have found that many cats and rabbits suffer from matting no matter how hard owners try to keep their friends clean and brushed. Once they are clipped and cleaned their quality of life becomes much improved as well as their overall skin care.
Many are not aware of the discomfort matting can cause our feline and rabbit companions and if not properly managed it can become a large concern.
One of the benefits of having grooming done at Spencer Creek is we offer sedation (if needed) for patients that can be aggressive or become too stressed when it comes to being groomed. The sedation we use comes with a reversal agent, and as soon as we are finished we can wake them up right away. They are under constant monitoring if they undergo sedation.
